3. Fixed architectural elements
- Fireplace
- Columns
- Built-ins
- Radiators or floor registers
4. Electrical and lighting
- Outlet locations
- Switches
- Floor outlets
- Fixture centers
5. Circulation paths
- Primary room entry
- Routes to adjacent spaces
- Required clear walking width
6. Retained furniture
- Exact width, depth, and height
- Photos from multiple angles
- Required orientation
7. Complete delivery access
Measure building entry, doors, corridors, elevator openings and interior, stairs, landings, turns, and the tightest point along the route. Room fit does not prove delivery fit.

- Wide photos from every corner
- Close-ups of fixed conditions
- Desired use and seating count
- Investment range and timing
- Any building delivery rules
