Welcome to Luzione! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luzione. Luzione operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated luxury shopping experience (the “Services”). Luzione is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranties, dispute resolution, shipping liability, and limitations of liability.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases and are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products and materials as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that screen representations will match delivered items exactly due to natural variations in organic materials (such as stone, wood, and leather), lighting, and screen calibration. Most of our offerings are made-to-order and require artisan production lead times.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, SWATCHES & CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment processing. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@luzione.com. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer permitted. Physical swatches requested via our Swatch Request Form are billed via secure email payment links; purchasing swatches confirms material aesthetics but does not exempt orders from standard return fees.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & BILLING

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable duties and taxes (DDP model).
• We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice due to supplier pricing or market fluctuations.
• Charges must be paid using an accepted payment method at checkout. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DAMAGES

Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to your residence or agent. You must inspect all items upon delivery. Visible damages must be refused at delivery, and any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours will not be honored. Luzione reserves the right to evaluate damage claims and resolve them via professional on-site repair, replacement parts, or refund to the original payment method at our sole discretion.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Standard catalog items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. All approved non-defective returns are refunded to the original payment method subject to a 35% restocking fee, deduction of actual return white-glove freight costs, and potential missing packaging penalties ($500 or 15% of retail value). Products featuring custom dimensions, bespoke finishes, or Customer's Own Material (COM) are custom commissions and are strictly non-returnable. SECTION 7 - WARRANTY

Luzione-branded products include a 1-year limited warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, commercial use, or environmental damage. Partner products may have their own coverage terms.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, layouts, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of CI Flow LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or use this material without written permission.

SECTION 9 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration or appropriate legal action within the jurisdiction of California, USA.

SECTION 10 - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Luzione and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or delivery delays.
