Luzione is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases, including shipping, billing, and payment data. You are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products and materials as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that screen representations will match delivered items exactly due to variation in lighting, materials, and screen calibration.

All products are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or limited at our discretion. Most of our offerings are made-to-order and have longer lead times due to artisan-level craftsmanship.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Luzione reserves the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. All orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment processing.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing hello@luzione.com. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & BILLING

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable duties and taxes (DDP model).
• We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice due to supplier pricing or market fluctuations.
• We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Charges must be paid using an accepted payment method at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lead times for made-to-order items typically range from 3 to 13 weeks. All deliveries are made via insured carriers and may include white glove service where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Visible damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-custom items in unused, original condition and packaging. Custom and final-sale items are non-returnable. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY

Luzione-branded products include a 1-year limited warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects. Partner products may have their own coverage terms. Please retain original packaging and receipts for all claims. For more, see our Warranty Terms.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, layouts, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of CI Flow LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or use this material without written permission.

SECTION 9 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration or appropriate legal action within the jurisdiction of California, USA.

By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that certain data is also processed by Shopify per their own Privacy Policy.
