Luzione Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luzione, we want you to feel confident in your space. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within reason and with care.
What You Can Return
We gladly accept returns of eligible products under the following conditions:
- The item is not custom, made-to-order, or marked final sale
- The order value is over $1,000
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Clear photos are provided before pickup is confirmed
- The item is returned as a complete unit (no partial sets or bundle components)
Return Window
The 14-day return window begins on the confirmed delivery date, not the unboxing or assembly date.
Damage or defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or store credit.
Pickup & Return Process
- All returns are arranged via our white glove pickup service
- Original packaging is required. A $250 repackaging fee applies if it's missing or unusable
- Pickup is scheduled after your eligibility is confirmed and required photos are reviewed
Required Photos
To initiate a return, please provide the following:
- Full 360° images of the item from all angles
- Close-ups of corners, joints, and any visible wear
- A clear image of the item’s current packaging or how you plan to repackage it
Returns without required photo documentation cannot be accepted.
Fees & Deductions
- 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- $250 repackaging fee applies if packaging is missing
- White glove return pickup is complimentary
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection
What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless defective or misproduced)
- Final sale items
- Items returned without original packaging or required photos
- Partial components of sets or bundles
- Orders under $1,000
- Return requests made after 14 days from delivery
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Submit clear photos within 72 hours of delivery
- We will assess and file a shipping incident report
- You may choose one of the following options:
- Partial store credit issued immediately (item not returned)
- Full refund after insurance claim processing
