What Happens After You Place an Order

A clear view of confirmation, production, quality control, freight, delivery scheduling, installation, and issue resolution.

1. Order confirmation

Luzione confirms the product, selected finish or variant, quantity, billing and delivery information, estimated lead time, and any conditions requiring approval.

2. Production or allocation

In-stock products are allocated. Made-to-order products enter the manufacturer’s production schedule. Material or finish approvals must be resolved before production begins.

3. Progress updates

Meaningful production, readiness, or schedule changes are communicated. Not every workshop step generates an update, but material changes should not remain hidden.

4. Quality control and packing

The product is checked against the order, documented where appropriate, protected, and prepared for its transportation method.

5. Freight and import handling

The shipment moves through origin handling, international or domestic freight, customs procedures when applicable, and receiving or warehousing.

6. Delivery scheduling

The final-mile team confirms access, building requirements, parking, stairs or elevators, site readiness, and an available delivery window.

7. White-glove installation

The team protects the site, carries, assembles, places, and removes packaging according to the service level purchased.

8. Final inspection and resolution

The recipient should inspect promptly and document visible concerns. When an issue exists, evidence, product condition, carrier records, manufacturer policy, and repair or replacement options guide the resolution.
